1. Terms Of Use and Services
These terms govern your use and access to our services at our IndiQare Partner App (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use our Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Privacy Policy
IndiQube is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used and safeguarded while using the IndiQare Partner App. IndiQube may update this policy from time to time, with changes posted on this page.
a) What personal information do we collect?
Registration may require your first and last name, email address, phone number, government ID, address, date of birth, bank/payment details, skills, certifications and experience. Customer support may request additional details to address concerns or grievances.
b) When do we collect information?
Information is collected when you register, accept and execute service requests, or voluntarily provide information while accessing our services.
c) How do we use your information?
We use personal information to onboard, verify and manage your partnership, allocate service requests, monitor service quality and safety, process payments and deductions, investigate incidents and complaints, and comply with legal obligations.
- Personalized Experience: Tailored content, recommendations and offerings based on preferences and interaction history, only if opted in.
- Responsive Support: Customer service inquiries are handled to provide prompt and helpful support.
- Optional Engagement: Events, announcements, surveys and feature-specific programs are optional and available only if opted in.
- Secure Transactions: Orders and transactions are processed securely and efficiently.
- Essential Updates: Operational and transactional communications may be sent for important service-related updates.
- Satisfaction Follow-up: Follow-up may be conducted after correspondence to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
3. Marketing Communications
Unless you expressly opt in, you will not receive promotional, advertising or marketing communications. Communication preferences can be changed through account settings or by requesting support.
Marketing consent is separate from consent for service delivery and may be withdrawn without affecting core services. Prior consent will be obtained before personal data is used for marketing, promotional, publicity or social media purposes.
4. How Do We Protect Your Information?
A. Privacy and Data Security Policy
IndiQube uses physical, electronic and administrative safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse of personal information.
B. Secure Payment Processing
Partner payments are processed through trusted PCI-compliant external payment gateways. Payment information is not stored or processed on IndiQube servers. Transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway providers in accordance with RBI guidelines and applicable regulatory standards.
C. Data Sharing and Confidentiality
Personal information will not be sold, distributed or leased to third parties, except where required under applicable law. Personal data may be shared with:
- PCI-compliant payment gateway providers.
- Cloud infrastructure providers hosting the IndiQare Partner App.
- Customers or clients at whose premises you are assigned.
- Client administrators and vendor administrators.
- Background verification agencies.
- Government, tax or regulatory authorities where required.
Personal data is not transferred outside India.
D. Access to Personal Information
You may request access to personal information held about you and may review, update or verify it through the Helpdesk section of the mobile app or by emailing helpdesk@indiqube.com.
End User Rights
Right to Access
Request information about the personal data processed, its purpose, categories and sharing parties.
Right to Correction
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of personal data unless retention is legally required.
Right to Nominate
Nominate another person to exercise your rights under the DPDPA in the event of death or incapacity.
Right to Grievance Redressal
File grievances through the grievance mechanism described below.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent at any time through the App or Helpdesk.
F. Correction and Updates
Requests for correction of incorrect or incomplete information may be submitted through the Helpdesk or email. Requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 90 days, in which case the extended timeline will be communicated.

G. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law, including tax, labour and dispute-resolution statutes. Upon fulfilment of purpose or withdrawal of consent, data shall be deleted within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days unless retention is legally mandated.
H. Children’s Data
The IndiQare Partner App is not directed at children under 18. If IndiQube becomes aware that a child’s personal data has been processed without verifiable parental consent, it will be deleted forthwith.
I. Links to Other Websites
Third-party links may be provided for convenience. IndiQube does not control external websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security or content. Users should review the policies applicable to third-party sites before providing information.
Confidentiality, Indemnity & Security Disclaimer
J. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Partners must maintain strict confidentiality over customer, client and IndiQare information accessed through the App, comply with the DPDPA, process personal data only as instructed by IndiQare, and notify IndiQare promptly of actual or suspected data breaches. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the partnership.
K. Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless IndiQare, IndiQube Spaces Limited and their affiliates, directors, officers and employees against claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from data breaches or unauthorized disclosures of customer data caused by you, except to the extent caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or breach by IndiQare, IndiQube or the customer.
L. Security Disclaimer
IndiQube is not liable for loss, damage or expense caused by cyber-attacks, unauthorized access, denial-of-service, malware, data breaches, content compromise or other security incidents affecting the app or infrastructure. Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. Users are responsible for securing devices and accounts, using strong passwords and installing security updates notified by IndiQube.
Governing Laws
Use of the IndiQare Partner App and disputes arising from such use shall be governed by the laws of India, and legal proceedings shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
Grievance Redressal
IndiQare follows an escalation matrix so concerns are routed to the appropriate team. Before escalating to a higher level, users should exhaust previous escalation levels where the concern remains unresolved or unsatisfactorily resolved.
